Why this exists
Between 2025 and 2028 electronic invoicing becomes mandatory for businesses across the EU: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD in Germany, Factur-X in France, Peppol in Belgium and the Netherlands, KSeF in Poland. The formats are built for software, not for people. We built one place where anyone can drop such a file, read it as a normal invoice, check whether it is valid, and get the data out again, and where developers can do the same through an API.
What we rely on
- The official KoSIT validator and XRechnung configuration published by the German Koordinierungsstelle für IT-Standards.
- The OpenPeppol BIS Billing 3.0 rule sets.
- The FA(3) schema of the Polish Ministry of Finance.
- The EN 16931 standard of the European Committee for Standardization, reproduced in the rule sets above.
We are not affiliated with KoSIT, OpenPeppol, FNFE-MPE, FeRD, the Polish Ministry of Finance or Paddle. Validation results are provided as technical information and are not legal or tax advice.
