Last updated: 13 October 2026. Provider: FOP Pukhalskyi Vladyslav (sole proprietor), Lili Karastoianovoi St. 14, apt. 6, 13301 Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region, Ukraine · e-mail: support@einvoicechecker.com ("we"). By using einvoicechecker.com or its API you accept these terms.
1. The service
We provide tools to detect, parse, validate and render electronic invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, Peppol BIS, UBL, CII, KSeF FA(3)) on the website and through a REST API. Validation results are produced automatically with published rule sets and are technical information only. They do not replace legal, tax or accounting advice, and they do not guarantee that an invoice will be accepted by any authority, platform or counterparty.
2. Free use
The website tools are free for manual, interactive use. We may rate-limit or block automated use of the website without an API key. A free API key includes the monthly quota shown on the API page and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
3. Paid plans
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through our merchant of record, Paddle, under Paddle's buyer terms. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Each plan includes a monthly request quota and a per-minute rate limit as published on the API page at the time of purchase. Unused quota does not carry over. A PDF render counts as two requests. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (API page, "Manage subscription") or by contacting us. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Because the service is delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable, except: (a) within 14 days of the first purchase if you have used fewer than 50 requests of the paid quota, in which case we refund in full on request; (b) where the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, in which case we refund pro rata on request; (c) where consumer law in your country gives you a non-waivable right. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: share one key across unrelated organisations, circumvent quotas or rate limits, send files you have no right to process, attack or overload the service, resell the API as-is, or use the output to mislead tax authorities or counterparties. We may suspend keys that violate this section after notice where practical.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but give no uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. We may change, add or remove features and rule set versions (for example when KoSIT, OpenPeppol or the Polish Ministry of Finance publish new releases) and will keep the API backwards compatible within the /v1 namespace where reasonably possible, announcing breaking changes at least 30 days ahead by email to key owners.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for breach of essential contractual duties limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, penalties or rejected invoices resulting from reliance on validation results. Nothing limits liability for injury to life, body or health or under mandatory product liability law.
8. Data
See the privacy policy. Invoice content is never stored.
9. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. For consumers, mandatory provisions of their country of residence prevail. Venue for merchants is Berdychiv, Ukraine. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
