Waarom deze fout optreedt

De regel controleert of de adresgroep van de verkoper (BG-5) bestaat: cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress in UBL, ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress in CII. Het adres van de leverancier is op elke btw-factuur verplicht en wordt gebruikt om de uitgevende vestiging te identificeren. Het ontbreekt meestal omdat de adresstamgegevens niet gemapt zijn, of omdat de export het adres alleen als vrije tekst in een notitie schrijft.

Zo lost u het op

Voeg in UBL cac:PostalAddress toe onder cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party met minimaal cac:Country/cbc:IdentificationCode (BT-40, vereist door BR-09), plus cbc:StreetName, cbc:CityName en cbc:PostalZone. Voeg in CII ram:PostalTradeAddress toe onder ram:SellerTradeParty met ram:PostcodeCode, ram:LineOne, ram:CityName en ram:CountryID. Let op: XRechnung vereist daarnaast plaats en postcode (BR-DE-3, BR-DE-4).
